If you pick a plan
You choose the tier in Stripe Checkout. Card details are entered then, not at signup.
Your workspace continues as-is - the data you loaded during the trial stays exactly where it is.
Billing, invoices and payment methods are self-service in the customer portal. Cancel or resume from there too.
If you do nothing
Nothing is charged - there is no card on file to charge.
The workspace enters a read-only grace period. You can still open records and export before anything locks.
Pick a plan later and the workspace resumes. Deleting your account and company data is also self-service.
Gates & limits
Three things are gated by tier rather than volume. Everything else is a ceiling on how much you use.
API access & webhooks
API keys and outbound webhooks require Business. They are not included with Starter or Professional.
Online payments
Stripe Connect for client invoice payments is available on Professional and Business after onboarding. Partner payouts remain manual; automated Stripe partner payouts are not currently available.
AI auto-mode
Letting the assistant execute without asking is subscription-gated. Ask-for-approval mode is on every plan - and is the default regardless.
What happens at a limit
There is no automatic consumable overage billing. Bookings keep working above the allowance and are not charged automatically. AI operations pause at their monthly allowance; vehicles, users, storage, email accounts and partners block at their effective limits. Vehicle capacity above the included allowance is €12/month (€120/year) per vehicle. User capacity is €8/month (€80/year) per user. The owner sees and confirms each recurring add-on before it is purchased. Counters reset each billing period.

Every account starts with a 7-day free trial with access to Professional-tier features. Trial allowances apply: 2,000 AI operations, 150 bookings and 5 users; bookings continue above the allowance without automatic charges. No credit card is required.
You’ll have 3 days of read-only access to export your data or choose a plan. After that, your account is paused until you subscribe. Your workspace remains paused until you reactivate it or delete it from your account settings.
Absolutely. Plan changes take effect immediately and your next invoice is prorated - upgrades are charged for the remainder of the period, downgrades are credited.
We’ll warn you at 80% and again at 100%. Bookings keep working past the allowance without automatic charges. AI operations pause at the allowance, while other resources block at their effective limits. Vehicle and user capacity can be increased only through the explicit recurring add-ons shown on this page.
Yes. The exact annual total and the difference from monthly billing are shown on each plan card.
Operational data is stored in EU data centres with encryption at rest and in transit. AI features send message content to Anthropic outside the EEA, as set out in our privacy policy. Each company’s data is isolated with row-level security policies.
