Enquiry to invoice
Chauffeur and limo software, from enquiry to invoice.
AI reads the booking email, prices it against your own rates and hands you a client-ready quote to approve. The same record then carries the job through dispatch, drivers, partners and payment.
7-day free trial. No credit card required.
One evening across the network: confirmed pickup from London Heathrow to Mayfair, an AI-drafted quote from Paris Charles de Gaulle to Place Vendôme, a partner covering Rome Fiumicino to Trastevere, a car en route from Berlin to Mitte and an invoiced airport run in Dublin. All of it is one workspace.

One record
One record. Every stage.
An enquiry becomes a quote, a booking, a dispatched trip, an invoice and a payment. It is the same record throughout, so nothing is retyped between stages. Click through one real booking.

Stage 01 · Enquiry
The email arrives in the connected mailbox. 4fleet reads it and opens an enquiry with the pickup, drop-off, date, passenger count and flight number already filled in.

Who acts: Nobody yet. Nothing has been typed by hand.
AI, under control
The email becomes a job.
The AI reads the booking email, extracts the trip and prices it on your own rate rules. Then it stops. Every quote waits for an operator, so nothing reaches a client unapproved.
Illustration of the flow: an email from a Paris concierge asking for an airport pickup is parsed into a structured enquiry with pickup, drop-off, date, passenger count, flight number and the recognised client account, and a draft quote of 210 euro is prepared from the company rate card, awaiting operator approval.
AI operations are metered per plan and the count is visible in the workspace. At the cap, quoting continues by hand on the same screens and nothing is deleted.
Partner network
Your fleet is bigger than your vehicles.
When your own cars are full, tender the leg to operators you already trust. This is your list, built by you: 4fleet does not run a marketplace, does not sell work and does not contact the clients in your workspace.
Illustration of the flow: a Rome airport leg with no free car is tendered to three vetted partner operators. One accepts from a tokenised link on the phone at 140 euro, one counters at 155, one declines. Awarding the accepted response commits the partner cost to the job, so the 220 euro sell price, the 140 euro partner cost and the 80 euro margin are readable on the record while the job is still running.

Tokenised accept links
Partners answer from the phone without an account, and the response lands on the job.
Award commits the cost
Sell price and partner cost sit together, so margin is readable while the job runs.
Self-bill statements
What you owe each operator is stated from the awarded legs, not rebuilt by hand.
B2B client portal
Corporate clients serve themselves.
Travel agents, hotels and corporate bookers get their own portal on your operation: quotes to accept, invoices to pull, live trips to watch. The email tennis stops, and every request still lands in your pipeline as structured work.
Quotes, accepted without email tennis.
The booker opens the quote, sees both vehicle options and accepts one. The record updates itself.
Invoices, self-served.
Corporate accounts pull their own invoices and see what is outstanding, without asking you.
The live trip, watched.
Driver GPS streams to a tracking page, so nobody calls the office to ask where the car is.
Rides, requested.
Regular bookers request the next trip inside the portal and it lands in your pipeline as structured work.
Client portal ships on every plan. Bookers and partners never count against your team seats.

A hundred small saves a week.
The headline features close the deal. These are the ones that keep it closed: the watchers, checkers and reconcilers running underneath every job.

An early or delayed flight flags the pickup before the passenger lands

A second email about the same trip never becomes two jobs

Who it's for
Three operations, three bottlenecks.
The same workflow scales from one person answering their own phone to a network that dispatches more than it drives.
1-5 vehicles
Owner-driver
You drive and you quote. The bottleneck is the evening admin: replying to enquiries, chasing silent clients, writing invoices.
What changes
- The quote is drafted before you're back at the desk
- Follow-ups chase for you, and stop on reply
- Invoice and payment link on completion
Starter · €99/mo
5-15 vehicles
Growing fleet
You have drivers and an office. The bottleneck is coordination: who is free, which leg is unassigned, what got double-booked.
What changes
- Conflicts caught on every booking and reschedule
- Drivers get their own portal, no app store
- Corporate accounts self-serve quotes and invoices
Professional · €199/mo
15+ and partners
Network operator
You sell more capacity than you own. The bottleneck is the money trail: who fulfilled what, what you owe, what margin survived.
What changes
- Tender a leg to several partners, award on price
- Committed partner cost and margin from award onward
- Self-bill statements and manual payout control

Common questions
Asked before the trial starts.
Can I move from another chauffeur or limo system?
4fleet supports CSV and XLSX imports with column mapping, preview and validation before data is committed. The migration review is used to confirm scope before a live switch.
Do drivers need to install an app?
No app-store download is required. Drivers can use the mobile web portal for assigned work and trip updates.
Does the AI ever send a quote on its own?
No. The AI reads the booking email, drafts the enquiry and prices it against your own rate rules, then stops. Every quote waits on the record until an operator approves it.
Where is 4fleet hosted?
4fleet uses EU-hosted infrastructure and includes controls for exporting operational data.
Can 4fleet connect to other tools?
Available integrations include Stripe payment links, mapped routing, email connections and API access on the relevant plan.
What happens when I hit a plan limit?
Nothing is locked or deleted. At the booking cap new bookings pause while live jobs keep running; at the AI cap quoting continues by hand on the same screens. Counters are visible in the workspace before you reach them.
